The DV280FBM-NB1 is supplied as a split construction: a TFT-LCD open cell plus a separate 2-channel LED backlight unit. The 51-pin input connector, type S050-C51B-C39-S or equivalent, carries VDD on pins 48–51 at 12 V, two LVDS channels each with four data pairs and one clock pair, plus I2C SDA/SCL and the LVDS_SEL format-select pin. Logic draws 290 mA typical and 4.4 W maximum, while the backlight runs at 43.4 V and 240 mA per channel for 18 W. Reliability is qualified by 240-hour high- and low-temperature operation, a -40°C to 80°C thermal shock test over 100 cycles, random vibration at 1.5 G from 10 to 500 Hz, and 50 G half-sine shock. The module weighs 2.4 kg and measures 16.8 mm thick.
